Final inflation figures from euro area and Germany are due on Wednesday, headlining a light day for the European economic news.
At 2.00 am ET, Destatis is set to release Germany’s consumer prices for April. Inflation is seen at 1.6 percent, in line with preliminary estimate.
At 3.00 am ET, consumer prices data is due from Austria. In the meantime, industrial production figures are due from Turkey.
At 4.00 am ET, Italy’s Istat releases industrial orders for February. Orders had decreased 0.6 percent on month in January.
At 5.00 am ET, Eurostat releases euro area final consumer prices for April. Eurozone inflation is expected to match the flash estimate of 1.2 percent.
